Wisdom Capital Partners is a private investment firm focused on middle market companies with solid growth potential. We offer access to capital and strategic advice. We provide valuable insight, relationships and differentiated solutions to companies that would not normally have access to private equity due to their size or condition. Our primary focus is on companies that are cash flow positive. We seek transactions that are below the radar of other firms. Our team has over 30 years of experience in financings, mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizaions and restructurings. We invest our own capital alongside our network of investors who commit capital on a transaction by transaction basis. We invest in growth, buyout and distressed opportunities, using a range of debt and equity instruments with an emphasis on long-term ownership, partnership and capital appreciation for all stakeholders.
